By purchasing tickets for Jazz on the Green, you agree and accept the following Terms & Conditions.
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled. In the event that a performance is cancelled, we will offer you the choice of a re-scheduled date or a full refund if you prefer. Our tickets cannot be resold or transferred without our prior permission - if you attend one of our performances with such a ticket, you may be denied entry and no refund will be given. Each person attending requires a ticket to the performance, and each ticket is scanned upon entry. We only permit one entry scan of each ticket.
Entry can be refused to the venue at the discretion of the organiser or venue, in return for a full refund. We are not obliged to give a reason, but examples include (but are not limited to) intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or suspected ticket fraud.
Generally, lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced - please keep them safe. Purchasing your ticket online may give you greater protection and through the ability to re-print / re-send your ticket(s) from your account with Yapsody and / or us searching our database of ticket sales. In the event we cannot locate your purchase, we may be unable to re-issue your ticket.
You must bring your ticket(s) with you to the venue for entry.
Certain tickets are sold with a discount, and if you purchase and attend the performance with such a ticket, you may be asked to show that you are eligible for entry at the reduced rate. Child tickets are available to any person aged fourteen (14) years or under. Student and NUS tickets are available to any person currently studying at secondary school and not covered by our child ticket, further or higher education. You must be able to show that you are a student with a valid photographic identification card from your institution. HM Forces and Emergency Services tickets are available to recognise the valuable work carried out for the community by staff employed in these sectors. Available to those employed by the National Health Service (NHS), Fire Service, Police, RNLI, HM Prison Service and Coastguard. Also available to current serving members of HM Forces - Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force. You must be able to show that you are currently employed by one of these organisations with valid photographic identification from your employer. If you are unsure if you qualify for a discounted ticket, please ask us prior to purchasing. In the event you cannot prove your eligibility for your discounted ticket at the venue, you may be refused entry and required to pay for a new full-price ticket.
All tickets sold online are subject to a booking fee. No booking fee is applied for tickets purchased at the venue.

30% off for completing our survey - August 2016
Jazz on the Green is offering a discount of 30% on adult and child tickets purchased online, following the completion of a survey. The discount is made available by displaying a code at the end of the survey, which when entered online, reduces the full door price by 30% for adult and child tickets if purchased before 28 August 2016.
a) This discount is only available online and not at our box office on the night of the performance.
b) This discount applies only to adult and child tickets, and is 30% off the original door price. This makes an adult ticket £8.40, excluding a 55p booking fee per ticket.
c) This discount is only valid until 28 August 2016.
d) We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Social Media Competition - October 2015
Jazz on the Green is offering the chance to win a pair (2) of tickets to the performance on Friday 13th November 2015 of the Amy Roberts & Richard Exall Quintet. This competition is being run on our social media channels and entry is only available by these means.
a) To enter the competition on Facebook, the entrant must 'like' the Jazz on the Green Facebook page and remain a 'fan' of the page until the closing date. They must then 'like' the specific competition entry post and remain liking this post until the closing date.
b) To enter the competition on Twitter, the entrant must follow our @SarisburyJazz account and 're-tweet' the specific competition entry post, ensuring the 'hashtag' #JOTG is in the post that is re-tweeted.
c) The competition will close at 21:00hrs on Sunday, 1st November 2015. The winner will be contacted via the social media channel they entered in a private or direct message. It will be necessary for the winner to provide Jazz on the Green with their full name, postal address and email address in order for us to issue the tickets. This information is required no later than 12:00hrs on Thursday, 12th November else the prize will be forfeited. Delivery of the prize will be in the form of e-tickets delivered by email, the winner will be required to print these tickets and present them at the venue. Entry to the venue will be subject to our standard conditions of entry.
d) There is no cash alternative to the prize. Tickets won cannot be transferred or sold. Tickets are only valid for the advertised performance and cannot be used to attend Jazz on the Green on another date.
e) One entry is permitted per person, per social media platform. For clarity, the same person may enter the competition twice - once by using their Facebook account to enter via our Facebook page, and again by using their Twitter account to enter via our Twitter page.
